The warranty period is based on the manufacturer's specifications for all technical issues.
The warranty period is calculated from the date of delivery to the customer.
Scope of Warranty
The product is defective, malfunctioned due to manufacturer's fault (technical breakdowns, design errors, contents, hidden/ internal faults, different from the manufacturer's published quality standards) which is found out by Customers during warranty period of the product.
* Following cases will not be under warranty:
- Product is out of warranty period.
- The product is damaged due to mechanical impact caused by falling, colliding that give shattering, fractures, scratches, dents, dampness, water leaks, or caused by natural disasters.
- The product is damaged due to improper usage, wrong voltage ...
- Disassembled, repaired on discretion of customers or technicians that are not authorized by Centech.
IMPLEMENTATION OF GOODS WARRANTY
In the event of detecting any malfunction or defects, customers should keep the original status and promptly notify Centech. Centech will send technicians to inspect (for goods under warranty on the spot) or Customers bring the good to the Centech Office for inspection.
In the case of faulty goods under warranty, Centech will make proper repair or replacement measures which are free of charge to customers.
